Today I’m reminded of one thing again:-
Proverbs 30:31(NKJV) “Charm is deceitful, beauty is passing. But a woman who fears the Lord, she shall be praised.”
When I stand before God at the end of this journey on Earth, what do I want to be known for? That I was charming; that I was pretty; or that I feared the Lord and I served Him selflessly…

Not the end of the journey, but it’s nearly the end of the year…

Sleeping well on springy beds,
Waking up to the sound of waves lapping onto the shore,
Feeling the sand on my barefeet (heels are so bad),
Smelling the saltwater in the air…
Sigh
all that… versus the city life…
In case you’re wondering, that is the Maldives in May 2008 ;)
It seems so dreamily far away now
